Graffiti/Street Art on Display March 17, 2018 at Art on a Can Arts Festival

FORT WORTH, TX, September 13, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ — A truly unique event will take place March 17, 2018, at a very innovative location.

The first of its kind graffiti/street art festival will take place at Box Office Warehouse Suites, the first and only business park in Tarrant County made entirely out of shipping containers. The spearhead behind this event, Ron Sturgeon, local serial entrepreneur, is overflowing with excitement about it.

“Build it and they will come,” says Sturgeon, recently featured on CNBC’s Blue Collar Millionaires. “That’s the old line from that movie ‘Field of Dreams,’ and it perfectly captures what will be happening on March 17th. Fort Worth has never seen anything like the Art-On-A-Can Arts Festival, and I can’t thank our sponsors enough, like Hangman’s House of Horrors, for supporting this event.

Hangman’s House of Horrors is the world’s largest charity-benefitting haunted house, 40,000 square feet of thrills and chills, with changing displays designed, and guaranteed, to scare the heck out of even the bravest souls.

“There were no hesitations whatsoever from Hangman’s,” says Sturgeon. “I asked for their support and they signed on immediately. They are giving away free tickets to their Haunted House at the Festival, and they will be conducting a free alien-based survival game inside of the shipping container business suites. That kind of support is just one reason why I love this Fort Worth community so much.”

Sturgeon says everyone is welcome at this kid and pet friendly event. Admission is $5 with kids under 12 free, and 100% of the entrance fees go to support SPCA. You can buy your tickets at, on site, or for advanced tickets go to

“This is an entire day of celebration of the Arts,” Sturgeon continued. “We have live music, food trucks, vendors, artisans, art tours, St. Paddy’s Day costume contest, and it all benefits the SPCA of Texas. This is one of those events that you simply do not want to miss out on.”

Box Office Warehouse Suites is located at 1953 Golden Heights Road, just north of Fort Worth in the Alliance area, off the Interstate 35 at the Golden Triangle Exit. The Festival will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on March 17, 2018.
